At ScrubLuxe, we want you to love every item you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
RETURNS
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition as received
- In original packaging with tags attached
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as ScrubLuxe is not responsible for lost return packages.
REFUNDS
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
In some cases partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a condition different from how they were received.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return your unworn item and place a new order for the style you'd like.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the damage. Defective items are eligible for a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window
